The Christ energy is an energy of divine Love that once manifested as Jesus but has existed eternally unto itself. The Christ energy of divine Love exists at the core of EVERY Loving thought and deed and is the heart-blood of EVERY life-affirming religion on the planet.

Christianity is a club of exclusion that denies that Jesus mandated us to do two thing ONLY - LOVE God and LOVE each other. They declare that the rest of the world is going to hell because they are not Christians who believe LIKE THEM. They point to verses where Jesus says that he is the only way and ignore the fact that Jesus IS the incarnated Christ energy of divine Love and as such is saying that only by embracing, embodying and emulating Love can one get to heaven.

The spirit is the tiny piece of God's Life force that you call your soul. It has access to God's power and if used properly, can manifest miracles or, as is the common practice, when misused can cause the body to rot slowly from within through embracing hatred, selfishness, etc.

Spirituality is the process of using the soul to guide one back to a connection to God WITHOUT the evil, exclusive and destructive influences of religion (John 14:26).

Christ is spirit without the 'attached' identity of christianity, as spirit is Christ without the 'attached' identity of spirituality. I heard it said that Buddha instructed not to form attachments as they are the source of all sorrow. The difference between these 'identities' is seen in the 'attachments' we use to seperate us one from another; in reality there is no idenity other than the sorrow of attachments we construct.

Christ, as in JESUS CHRIST, was and is, a gift from GOD as a guide as to how man should live his life; Christianity is a form of religion created by man according to his beliefs in Jesus Christ. Spirit, as in HOLY SPIRIT, is the ever-present ,presence of GOD in our lives. Spirituality is the joyous feeling one gets when CHRIST is accepted as Lord and Savior in ones life, and self is moved aside so GOD can fill ones soul with the HOLY SPIRIT !!
