where can i buy the iron plastic cover?

I purchased from tv commercial a long time ago this package that contained an special ironing board cover and a kind of like plastic cover you put on the bottom of your iron, you turn the iron on high and can iron anything and it won't burn or become shinny.

Usually in the laundry section of a supermarket or where they have brooms, mops, laundry baskets and stuff. I like the ones that have a metallic thread going through because they hold the heat from the iron longer. K Mart and The Warehouse or any similar department store are bound to have them.
