never been to the gyno because don't have time. under a lot of stress and do not know what is going on with the body. could use some nice womenly adult advice.

itching, burning, discharge , smell- you need to make an appt. , it only takes about a half an hour, the actual exam is about 5 minutes, and is a little uncomfotable but not painful- if you see a male doctor a female nurse will be in the room with you - if you do have an infection it may not go away on its own - symtoms of a uti may also have blood in urine and pain in the back - atound hip area - don't let this go , or you could end up in the er with a 104 degree fever like I did

If you have normal discharge which is clear or white looking then your okay, I wear a light days pads every day and change them a couple time a day and this helps with the discharge and wet panties all the time. Now if the discharge is yellowish and smells bad ( fishy) then you need to see a gyno.

The year you become sexually active, you need a doctor to examine you on an annual basis. Others before me have listed the problems. Be aware also that urinary tract or bladder infections can present as vaginal itch and can result from sex. Drink lots of cranberry juice (not cranberry cocktail, it must be juice) and see a doctor.

GO straight to the doctor dear. You need to have an exam at least once a year and more often if you are having abnormal symptoms.

Odor, discharge, itching. I know it may sound weird, but try eating yogurt. This will help replenish natural bacteria in your system. If you are having sex with someone who may be infected, you should definitely stop

painfull when you urinate, or have intercourse,burning ,itching,odor,discharge...... make the time to see a doctor... good luck.
