just recently asked who is the greatest love-husband or child. does it depend on the age of you children. I could not live without my son. i would go with him. but if my husband died i would go on living for my son. so does it depend on the age. i live every day for him my son, but my husband is my soul mate and i know that. but at this point in time if you asked me to chose i would chose my son. but wouldn't any good loving parent chose their child over their spouse. when peole ask me i tell them, brady(son) is the greatest love of my life. and john(husband) is my soul mate and i would expect him to answer the same way. SO does choosing depend on the age of you child? do we put a limit on how far we go for our children?

Where did 'choice' come into play? I would have at any time in my life died for either my children or my spouse and if I lost either of them I would go on living for the other. Regardless of age at any time.

there is never a limit on what you should or would do for your children. and no i don't think that age has anything to do with how you feel about you child. i have always said that i could always find another man to share my life with but there will never be another chris, brianna, or brandon(my children) so i think i would die for either one of my children i would for my husband but not as quickly. not that i don't love my husband, i do, very much but we have had a wonderful life together and i would want my children to be able to experience that same love with someone.

Definitely children. You can find another spouse to share your life, but children are irreplaceable.

I will have to say Children...The husband already Lived half of his life, going thru all the stages need it for his development...
The children haven't.....

I would do anything I could for my children even if it meant dying regardless of their age..

loosing a child distroys you for good, but life must go on, you just lost your own flesh and blood, i must be selfish because i fear the day if my wife passed on before me, i'd rather go first.
