.in Atlantis or Sumeria ,or the City of Ur.and early Egypt
In Central and South America the standards were also high with ,biology,medicen astrology,philosiphy.
It is said energy was more advanced.
the buildings are testemony to that
today Orcas are pretty intelligent ,they got ,a brain bigger than us ,they do not need transport they are transport.
they can comunicate to another ocean
they locate their food with sonar.
dont need clothes they look good enough naked
and they can see 4 dimensions ,we cant even do that
