TpT
What the heck are you trying to tell me. Are you assuming that I do not believe in God? That is not very Christian of you.

Silly religions are religions that are now seen as funny. It's hard to believe that the Greeks and Romans believed in what they believed in right? It's called Mythology now, when will Christianity be considered sill mythologies?

Christianity is not an orginal concept, it's a highly pagan religion. Christianity is also based off Judaism. The Jewish sabbath is on Saturday. The Christian sabbath is Sunday. SUNday. And what do most pagan religions hold as their supreme god? Just guess!

"By this question, it proves that Christianity is real, it is a true belief."

Of course it is a true belief. I know that people truly believe it. But when will they stop? That is my question. It's very unlikely that this religion will be an eternal one. None of them have been, they grow and change and adapt new idea, eventually turning into something completely different. Once that different thing is created, the old religion is dead. At that time it is considered a Myth. Then people study it, so is born Mythology.

Anyway my point, Trance that was a ridiculous quotation, what did you mean by it. It made no sense. By the way, if you are a Christian...why the harsh words? Doesn't Jesus want you to be like him? Oh, also Gemini...I really didn't think Christians paid attention to things such as astrology. As you know, it's a black art. Have a nice wonderful day.

God is dead, and no one cares.

Vee, I am in University. As a matter of fact, I'm in a Philosophy class where everyone uses the Bible as a tool to prove God's existence. No logical, just the Holy Bible. Now how crazy is that?

IS THE WHOLE OF THE LAW. I wasn't speaking of any pagan religion in general. There were many far before our time, far before the Sumerians, back toward the beginning of conciseness. Many of these traditions and beliefs had been passed down orally. Since they did make more sense it was only natural that many believed them. I was just referring to the plethora of pagan ideas and stories that are found in the Holy Bible. I find it amusing that most "Christians" fail to realized that many of their strongest beliefs are considered "demonic". I hope you can understand what I am trying to say here.

"You never know instead of having so much disdain for religion you may become interested enough to learn more and respect it for what it is.”

I have learned plenty about religion for my disdain to be justified. I know, but do not respect, what religion is. Organized religion is opium for the masses. Anything that preaches blind faith is an awful thing for humanity. Blind faith is lethal because it breeds the worst kind of intolerance, one based on the assumption that humans know the will of God. You never know instead of having so much blind faith in a myth you may become interested enough to learn more and respect reality for what it is.

If it keeps going the way it always has been (down hill from corruption) then the followers will wake up and form another one. By the way we pagans do not worship a sun god we worship a Goddess. I am a witch ( a religion older than all) it has lasted because it is the only one that makes sense when it comes to how to be in the world. An it harm none do what ye will. Sweet and simple.

There is more to Christianity than meets that eye. Most people have only scratched the surface of what it is, because not many have the brain power and patience to understand it's true meaning. If you are more scientifically inclined then check out this web site.

You never know instead of having so much disdain for religion you may become interested enough to learn more and respect it for what it is.

Good Luck. :)

Well, first there's a Budweiser signal announcing the sooner or later its transparent. Ozzy bites the pinnacle off Batman. Paris hilton, Nicole Ritchie, Christina Aguillera, and Lil Kim are the 4 ho's of the Apocalypse. Lil Kim is conflict, nicole is famine, Christina is pestilence (lot of communicbles there), and Paris is Death and rides a light horse (why now not, she's ridden the whole thing else). Then, Dog (the bounty Hunter), captures you and attempts to save lots of your soul in a tacky tv exhibit. And, I'll be there and you'll be able to be there and the satan shall be there on a can of lighter fluid and President Bush shall be there surroundings hearth to the arena. And there shall be insects, like within the plagues of egypt, and nobody can get orkin to exhibit up. The budweiser signal is essentially the most seen one. Happy Doomsday.

Likely not anytime soon. Despite the number of different religions, a great many of them have foundations in the original christian stories or concepts. I think most people (except for the most devout) would concede that the story's are merely devices, much like the ones in most mythologies...

The Greeks sincerely believed in their gods, but today, we categorize their beliefs as mythology. I don't doubt that one day, most of the major religions today will meet the same fate.

Maybe it is true that Greek mythology is just the study of that older civilization's religion, but who really believes in Zeus anymore? Christianity or any other major religion could possibly be replaced by something else in the future, just as Greek 'myth' was replaced.

Depends on your meaning of mythology. Mythology doesn't necessarily mean true or false, it means that it's a set of beliefs by older civilizations.

So probably a few thousands years, give or take a century.

By this question, it proves that Christianity is real, it is a true belief. Others, such as yourself, are afraid of what's to come and so in turn criticize what your afraid of. I will pray for your soul.
