People, people PLEASE........

Where is your since of adventure? Why to so many of us go to "Olive Garden and Fridays etc......" Drinks, Friends ok but, food? Please!
Corporate restaurants, for the most part serve garbage, there's no cooks or chefs, can you open a bag and place in the microwave? There, now you have fettuccine Alfredo!
We are so use to these eatery's that we don't give it a second thought! I love this country, I have fought for it but, when it comes to eating great food, most people wouldn't know a good restaurant if it was stamped on their forehead.
Go out in you town or city, read your local paper, there are many great hole in the wall places that serve "real" food and they would love to "earn" your dollar!

We have got a great local Thai house in my city. It's authentic Thai food and reasonably priced. I like them even better because they aren't part of a chain and the business is family owned and operated.
