You cannot control another person. You need to wait for him to accept his feelings and act on it or not. It is his decision as to how close of a relationship he wants. It sounds like you have told him how you feel, now let it go. If you keep pushing, you will loose him completely. Be happy that you have a close relationship, accept the fact that may be all it will ever be. If he comes around great, if not you have a great friendship either way you are lucky to have a special person in your life. Change the way you view the situation, it doesn't have to be a bad thing. If you act more adult about it he's more likely to change his mind.

Maybe you love him more than he love's you. Maybe your a little confused about his affection for you. Don't take it hard if he just likes you on a best friend basis. Just some kind advice: It takes a lot of time to capitalize 1 or 2 letters in a word. Try to practice to capitalize the 1st letter of a word in a sentence. Look at some grammar books in the library on capitalization in a sentence, or ask your English teacher.

Been there many times. I generally have more male friends than female friends. At one time nearly all of them have wanted to sleep with me. Reason I feel is that their your friends have mutual things in common hence the friendship part well this gives hormons a chance to really go into play because you select those aorund you subconsiously youcan grow with

Sometimes best friends do start to have feelings like love to each other. But sometimes it's best to just stay best friends. Cause if you all don't make it as a couple then you just might loose your best friend. It happens all the time in the world. And there is already to many lost best friends in just about everyones life.

Wow... it's very difficult to read when you type like that.
If he knows you love him, and he denies that he loves you, I'd suggest you let it go and stay friends. Maybe he's saying he doesn't love you that way because he doesn't love you that way. Sometimes, even though we would like to read more into things, things are precisely as they appear to be.

Maybe he doenst want a sexual relationship... maybe he prefers the one you have now. Maybe he is afriad of runing a good thing. Maybe he has another reason...
Its hard to guess things like this.

Does he have a girlfriend? If thats not the reason you should probably ask him what his sexual preference is. Alot of guys who have women as bestfriends feel alot more comfortable socializing with women, if you know what I mean.

I guess it's something you could talk about with him, since he's the onbly one who could really know why he doesn't want to be more than just friends. Are you sure he has the same feelings for you that you have for him?

It is a very tricky situation. You must be honest with them and explain how you feel, but say that it is okay if they want to remain as friends.That way you havent lost them and he may admit to it later. God luck.
