in the movies were Shirley Temple,mostly in America and England
and Liza Minnelli's mother(for got her name)

Michael Jackson had an enormous public as well
when he was young,all over the world

the Dali Lama,was the equivalent of a a boy Pope.but only ruled buddists

jesus as a boy came nowhere near any of these if you talk about the numbers of people ruled by these above mentioned people
or the amount of people that looked up to or adored them

Caligula probably wielded the most real power over the larger number of people,the whole of the roman Empire .

If there's a child or children in your life, then I'm sure they would influence you a lot. But if you want to know who has influenced the most people of all time, then I would have to say The Baby Jesus. Celebrated every year to bring warmth to everyone when it's cold in many places.
