...be careful...I'd check to see if any long term affect testing has been done, like 15 years or more. They say be here now, but honey, where will you be when your face falls off in 20 years?

Yeah but it's like a second degree burn and recovery is fairly long and uncomfortable, get a TCA peel less invassive and really works well less recovery and great results.

It can be. Some people, however, have a really bad reaction to laser treatment. Microderm abrassion might be a safer choice.
