I have tried a few times with Paint, but cannot draw lines too well and get awfully frustrated. Is there a quicker way for someone who really cannot draw too well with a finger pad... I have many cartoons I would like to add online. eg something like the maxine stuff...funny words, and a figure or two, is all I want to do

upto my knowledge Flash is basicly for Animation.

Try Corel Paiter(www.corel.com) and Adobe Photoshop.

These are the industry standards in Grphics.

There is an easier way. And a more effective way. However, it comes at a price. Purchase PhotoShop and be amazed at all it can do. Or, you can download a 30 day trial at www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/main.html

One way is that you can draw it on a peice of paper, and then scann it in with a scanner. I am an ameteur animator, and I use microsoft paint for all my things...
