then why don't you just scan it??
or you can just get the CAD program, search online for it, on CAD you can just do anything!!
OR try adobe photo shp , you can do anything there!! i think they have a trial there!!
or have you tried flash you do animation and stuff there!
OR there is HPphoto shop it is just great!!

i am intouch wiht graphics since last 4 year.
upto my knowledge Flash is basicly for Animation.
Try Corel Paiter(www.corel.com) and Adobe Photoshop.
These are the industry standards in Grphics.
you can use pen tablet instead of drawing with mouse.it will help to use your drawing skils.

One way is that you can draw it on a peice of paper, and then scann it in with a scanner. I am an ameteur animator, and I use microsoft paint for all my things...
