Hmm...i've been wth sprint for 4 years. I dont have any problems with dropped calls. may be ur phone. I find that their Sanyo phones are the best. Or it could also be that u are far from the nearest tower. Theres a tower a few miles from me so my service is great. Customer service sucks most of the time. especially since the sprint/nextel merger. 85% of the time u'll get some foreign person reading from a manual. If u get someone who doesnt seem to understand my problem (or i can't understand their english) i politely thank them, hang up and call back.

Yes, leave those awful people alone as soon as possible! I actually ended up paying $150 to get out of my contract early - they were so terrible. They would constantly overcharge me, service to my phone was "accidentally" shut off at least once every two months, conveniently right after I'd paid my bill. When I did have service, it was mostly lousy, and everyone I talked to complained that the reception was always static-filled and not very clear. If even dared to complain about all the shoddy service, not only would I not get help, but customer service would often hang up on me. When I finally couldn't take anymore and bolted from those rude thieves, I was so shell shocked from the war I fought with them for around three years that I refused to even bother with a plan - I went two years paying more money than I had to on a pay-as-you-go plan with T-Mobile, just so that, instead of dealing with customer service, I could just deal with calling cards. It took me a while to recover and try trusting another carrier with an actual plan. Please leave Sprint as soon as you can - they will ruin your life, or at least try really hard to. I actually even found out later, from someone who used to work for them, that the reason service is so awful is that all customers are placed on a tier - people who have particular plans (generally higher priced) or have been with Sprint for a while get better service than others who are either newer customers or have more lower priced plans. Ruuuuuuuuuuuunnnn!

I have been a sprint customer for almost 7 years and I have had my bad experiences just like I had with other cellular companies. So sprint is actually the best option for me. Many people don't know that you have to update your phone to avoid dropping calls there are 2 updates that need to be done one over the phone and the other one has to be done in a sprint store. Try it and I'm pretty sure you will see the difference.

I have had Sprint for almost 2 yrs and no trouble. Pay your bill every month and pay it in full and you have no need to call customer service. I agree about them but they are getting better. If you don't get the answer or can't understand them hang up and call back, you never will get the same person twice. Sanyo is probably the best line of phones to get with Sprint. I had Verizon and they truly SUCK!!!!!!

I hate sprint! I am a Sprint customer service representative, one of the few good ones, lol. I love givin out credits and helping get onto better plans without renewing their subscriber agreements, 'cause I know if I was a sprint customer I wouldn't want to be under a subscriber agreement with them!

My aunt went through them. She got good service for like a week, then none at all. She was under a 1 year contract. So yeah, that's pretty much a year with a phone she couldn't even use!

Screw Sprint! I used to have them but I canceled and went to Cingular. Sprint doesn't have sim cards. Your stuck with your phone no matter what. They suck.

was fine until merger. I had to put down a massive deposit. I added my son last June. tried to add my daughter. they said I was eligible for a 3rd line in October. I remembered because it was for her birthday, and the date I was eligible was her birthday. went in, they said my credit was bad. I said screw it. I told em I was moving to a no service area. they treminated my contract w/ out paying $200. went to alltel, got 5 lines, no deposit. done deal
