mostly in includes loss of goodwill from the lack of trust that the implementing school has for its students, and more noticably the lack of trust the school has for the local community. This may produce repercussions of rebellion by both parents and kids in a few cases who feel they deserve to receive ample trust in return for the trust they have placed in the school by placing that child in the custody and care of the schools staff. This negative impat will be minimal, however, given the many clearly visible benefits of RFID over roll call or head counting for the safety of the kids being monitored.

Well, you could have complications from having the tag implanted into your brain... then there is the ego thing of "MY TAG HAS A LOWER (HIGHER) NUMBER THAN YOURS.

The worse would be if the RFID tags were attached to some kind of buzzer and the chaos it would cause if they all started beeping at one time while class was in session.
