1. Log on to .net
2. on the tool menu click option.
3.under option click peference
4. uncheck "run window messenger when windows start.
5.click ok.

right click my computer,click manage,then click services bring it up in a new window,then scroll down to you find net services,click it,go to properties and then disable it.

Find the one you want, edit its properties to Disabled

go to download.com and find spybot search and destroy, run this and it will clean up nuisance files that run when you log on.
