Just how "pure" do you want it?
To what purpose do you intend to use it? Perhaps if we knew this, we might be able to advise on what types of impurities would be considered acceptable for your application.

There are numerous inexpensive and easily accessible sources of lead available, but they all contain some degree of impurities.

If you want ultra pure lead, your best bet (although it will cost you) will be to buy it through a chemical supplier...if they will sell it to you as an individual.

Another option would be to chemically extract it from lead containing substances.
Lead is not exactly the most reactive metal out there, so it shouldn't be too hard to device a chemical reaction to extract it from a Pb compound.
For example, using soluble Lead Nitrate, out could precipitate out Lead metal using a more reactive pure metal. This process might not be ideal for your particular application, but if you look around and do a bit of research, you might find something acceptable.

I worked a a Lead (Pb) furnaceman in our smelter here for 5 years. We started with ore concentrate containing Lead (Pb) as well as man other minerals. Heating this ore to a high temperature causes the ore to become molten and the Lead, being so heavy, sinks to the bottom and it tapped of and put into large pots and then cast into what we call buttons. These buttons are they transported to the Lead refinery where the Lead is purified to 99% and then sold to companies around the entire world..

You can't, the technology to create any pure element does not exist, there will always be some level of impurity. But if you want relatively pure lead I would check out battery recycling places.

You can't get PURE lead from anywhere. It comes from the earth, and nothing from the earth is 100% pure.

Chemical companes like Sigma.com or VWR.com sell it too, but the shipping is going to be pretty expensive
