chamillionaire for sure. No Question, Paull wall is just OK, but chamillionaire is the best new rapper out there.
Anyone who has Zeus in his video and a dimond out King Koopa has style. Chamillionaire rocks; if he's down with old school wrestling and Nintendo games, he's down with me.

I've been both a fan of Chamillionaire and Pual Wall since they started rapping with the Swishahouse back in '98.
They were a force to be reckoned with as a duet, just go and listen to their Southern Classic album, "Get Ya Mind Correct."
Though I must say, both have changed dramatically since those old days.
Chamillionaire went from rapping about typcial hip hop lifestyles to a more influential and lyrical style, while Paul Wall, well, as they say, he fell way off. For example, just listen to one of his old freestyles to let's say Grillz., then you'll know what I mean.
Anyways, without a doubt, Chamillionaire is the better of the two, and he is certianly on par with the game's best rap artists.
