It won't be during this presidency, Bush is too busy trying to distract Americans from his failed presidency by proposing asinine amendments banning gay marriage, remember his is the "decider", LOL. Hopefully when we get a democratic president in office in 2008, the environment and maintaning good public health (i.e. clean water, air, etc.) will once again rise to the top of the Gov'ts "to do" list versus burying it under the guise of an unjust war in the name of fighting terrorism, we'll see.

I guess when the stores start running out. My tap water in Dandridbe Tennessee is so bad I hate taking a bath in it. It is terrible tasting with a lot of nasty thing floating in it.
