At first they said his knees were hurt, then they said they were not hurt. Do ya think they are hurt but they are hiding it because they are afraid that people will think he is now worthless if his knees are hurt and know one will want him?

This is how you spell Roethlisberger, but I heard on ESPN that he should be able to start the season because it wasn't that bad. I think he only broke his jaw, nose, and lost a few teeth, but that's it. A broken jaw only takes at the most 2 months, so he should be fine!

I think that someone just probably said "I hope his knees aren't hurt" and like the childhood game of telephone it turned out to be "oh-my-god his knees are hurt"....you can never ever believe what you see or hear on television and quite frankly until Ben is up and walking around with a press conferance I'm not even gonna believe that he's alive.

No way his knees are hurt and everyone in Pittsburgh knows it. i dont think it is a question of will anyone want him. Pittsburgh still wants him and the other teams in the NFL wish they had them. They are just trying to maintain the team confidence in the off season so he doesn't have to try to prove himself to his teammates and the other NFL teams.

I think Rothlessburger is fine. He is just a little beat up. He will recover by the time the season starts. Anyone would still want him.
