No, but I should start. I read somewhere that you forget the majority of the details in a dream a few minutes after waking up. Also, a person only recalls a very small percentage of the dreams they have. I wish there was a brain scan that could recall all of my dreams for me...like in ETSOSM. I think they are our subconscious mind speaking to us.

I do, but only when I have a particularly intense or emotionally distraught dream. Those are the dreams I remember the most. I will write them down for later typing, then I will try to analyze their meaning by logging in on some the Dream Analysis sites on the Internet. I find many types of themes recurring in my dreams, which is why I try to figure out their meaning.

only if it was a dream that had some significance to it for me. Some things i don't want to remember...but others I do.
Mostly I have some really f*cked up dreams and they tend to freak me out so I don't write them down. But ones that are about me and my husband I write down. The last dream I had about us was way too deep for a dream....grr. I just wish I knew what it meant.

I used to. It's funny because I found a notebook about 6 months ago and there were some of these writings in there. When I re-read them I could remember the dream like it was yesterday.

No. My dreams for the past decade or so always seem to relate directly to what is going on in my life, so I don't need to write them down.

yes. the other night i dreamed of having a small reunion with my high school classmates. last night, i dreamed of going back to my high school and see all the young people go about their campus life.

i always waned to. it wouls seem interesting togo back and read it. but no, never had. i thinnk it is healthy to do so.
