Noo. You girls don't understand. I have been calm and normal to this girl, and I doubt she's on her pms. But anyways, I don't annoy her or anything like that. She's just rude to me, but not other boys.

It probably means that
1) (what I do) means that they think the boy in question is a complete M***n and thinks that the world would be a better place with out them.
2) The girl wants attention, this is not as usual as #1

Girls by far. Most guys just tend to themselves and don't really get caught up in other people unless they are the rare exception of a bully. Girls can be extremely cruel because they can be jealous, insecure, and love to cause a lot of drama through rumors, gossip, and messing with other people's life. I think another thing is that girls are more emotional so they might like to mess with other's a lot because they know it's their weakness.

it can mean different things! it could be thats shes on pms or that thats her way of flirting with you or shes just mean period or maybe you said something to make her mad! Ask her why!

sometimes it means they really don't like them and want you to leave them alone. Other times though it means they are just trying to flirt w/ you and like you alot!
