if someone commited suicide in a room and you DIDN'T know about it wouldn't bother you, so why should it just cause you know? Save the money and rent the dead guys place

Every room has a history unless its brand new and your the first one living in it, why not its not like the body is hanging there to see and you just know the history upfront

Hanging - They removed the rope
Shooting - They wiped the brain up and patched hole
Drug Overdose - Cleaned up mess
Bloodletting - Mopped Floor
Jumped out window - Shut window (it's drafty)

Yes, people die all the time everywhere. In their homes, cars or where ever they are. You can't avoid a place where someone has died. Someone probably died in many peoples houses that they have now years ago or before they got it... they don't know unless they built it.

A lanlord is required to inform anyone interested in moving in to an apartment of any deaths that occured in that apratment. So I would think it is only fair that you inform anyone interested in the room. And then it is up to them.....

Yes, but I would provide a disclosure stating that fact and have them sign two copies. One for you and one for them so they want try to sue , exclaming that you did not disclose and took their right from making a informed choice.

Yes, if its neat, comfortable and convenient. I am not easily scared about death and suicides because i dont watch horror and violent movies.
