Can I make wine with your grapes?

It's quite simple actually. If you plan to have the two somewhat within 5 feet of each other you have to plant a weed/plant stopper on the border lines of where you want he two to be seperated. You could probally find one at Lowe's or Home Depoet. And then plant the flowers accordintly to how they grow and you know the rest. After a month or so re-plant the stopper and turn over the gravel every month or so and then spread out the watering average to about 64% on flowers and 37% on the grape garden. Becuase almost nothing you plant in the ground will stiop the water from flowing.
So have fun!

First off, you want to consider what colors you'd like & how much water you have available.

2nd, How old are the vines? And how big an area?

3rd, Some flowering plants (which will help to repel bugs & won't intefere w/ the taste of the grapes) are:
** Marigolds - Reds, Oranges, Yellows
** Nasturtiums - same as above
** Borage (an herb) - Light to bright blue
** Coneflower - Bright Pink or Purple and a nice White
** Bee Balm aka Mondara- my favorite is Scarlet Red
** Spotted Lamium - Pink - nice groundcover that doesn't mind being trampled + is drought tolerant!

Depending on your gardening Zone, the last 3 will come back year after year.

A veggie garden, when you plant flowers you do realize that your taking advantage of the plant to look at its private parts, right?

Marigolds are pretty hardy and they also act as a natural insect repellent.

Google "invasive plants" Then don't use any of them.
