The Horsemen and The Minnesota Wrecking Crew are two different things, one is a stable (group of wrestlers) and the other is a tag team.

The Original Four Horsemen were Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Ole Anderson, Tully Blanchard and J.J. Dillon as the manager.

The Minnesota Wrecking Crew to my knowledge was originally Lars Anderson and Gene Anderson, then Ole took Lar's spot, then eventually Arn took Gene's spot and Arn and Ole took the name to the Mid-Atlantic Territory.

The original Minnesota Wrecking Crew were Gene and Lars Anderson. They started teaming in 1965 until Lars left to live in Hawaii four years later. Gene then brought in Ole to replace him, with Lars returning to round out the trio from time to time. The Minnesota Wrecking Crew lasted until 1981, when Gene officially retired to become a manager. The group was broguth back in 1985, with Ole and Arn Anderson. Interestingly, none of the Andersons, including former ECW star C.W. Anderson are blood relatives, though Lars and Ole were friends in college.

Ric Flair, Arn and Ole Anderson and Tully Blanchard WERE the original Four Horsemen. YOU need to look up who they were. Check out "The Ultimate Ric Flair" and "The Greatest Wrestling Stars of the '80s" (Disc 2 on both DVDs) for more.

Ole Anderson's HOF exclusion is on an identical time agreed on the two components. it is so own for Ole Anderson that i guess that whether WWE desperate to incorporate Ole into the horsemen that Anderson might have declined besides. Very comparable difficulty to the basically suited Warrior and Bruno San Martino. BQ: i do no longer remember gazing them a lot, yet i comprehend who they are. It became the predecessor and the clarification the horsemen shaped.
