I doubt the writers would do that. They started down that road with Christina, but they soon realized it wouldn't work. The shows about the ER lives of these young interns. And a child would most likely cause them to fail out of the program and not work there anymore. So, no I think she's got some good birth control meds (being a doc and all.)

I hope not. I'd like to see them build up more of a relationship before she gets pregnant by him. He also needs to dissolve his marriage with his wife. I think that McDreamy and Meredith should go back and "date" and build up their relationship and then maybe a baby can come. (On a side note: I just wish they hadn't killed off Denny!!)

It would be interesting if she does get pregnant. But I think it would make the show less interesting if a baby comes along.
