I'm kind of confused with this question. Hard how? No, high school wasn't hard for me. I made good grades without trying. I had a lot of friends, I participated in a lot of the school functions, and just took it one day at a time. I enjoyed high school more than college, once I got to college I actually had to study to make decent grades. Have fun, it goes by real fast.

yes. I barely graduated. when I got home from school at about 3PM I started on my homework right away every day. sometimes I didn’t finish until 8:00 at night. sometimes I didn’t finish at all. I found this very strange, as all my friends would call me up at about 5PM, they had their homework done and wanted to do something together. this made me very upset as I always felt like everything took me forever. I felt as though I must have been retarded, or stupid, and in a way, I suppose I am. I’m goofy, and sometimes I admit I don’t make perfect sense, but then again, who does? I got to college and took a class on learning disabilities. they took mine, and everyone else’s IQ with a test. I was 223 points. anything over 200 is genius. but I don’t feel like a genius, I’m not a savant at anything. (a savant is someone that has natural talent at one, or several things, such as, a person lacking the ability to see, but can sit down at a piano for the first time, plunk around on the piano for about 2 minutes, and then hear a recording of Beethoven or something, and can play back the whole thing like they've been practicing their whole life, times their other abilities are often severely altered. some savants cannot remember how to tie their own shoes, but they have great knowledge of something that they were apparently born with.) I cannot remember something more than any other normal person, but some things really do take me longer to understand than others. at least I’m determined I guess. some people might or might not see that as a bad thing, but I’ve learned just not to care what other people think. I’m tired of trying to make myself fit in with everybody else. it never worked for me, and I don’t think it ever will. I’m married now, I found the perfect person for me, and I’m happy. that’s all that matters to me. in the end, everything turns out ok if you just stick to your guns.

Are you talking about academically or socially?
For me, some classes were hard. I was never good at math or science. Other classes I either was good in or just didn't apply myself. Don't ask what my GPA was when I graduated. I'm in college for the second time in my life now and am doing so much better and working harder.
As far as socially, I had friends but was never popular. Until I started college, I was a dweeb. I was picked on, verbally bullied by both guys and girls, had stuff written about me in the bathroom walls, even once had ketchup thrown at me. Never was asked out by the guys I wanted to date. My college years were the total opposite.

it was not easy for me. There are many situations and pressures in high school that can make it difficult. But do not be discouraged. highschool is a place to make friends for life. To learn social boundries, and overall to understand other humans. Who knows, you might learn about a good career choice or have plans for college come up.

I do not have a college degree yet, but i saw my brother get one, and it has me interested in it. He can currently make about 4 times the money i do and im a real estate agent and im rather good at my job.

you will learn about bad things too. Drugs, Sex, Violence, Hate... Ignore that garbage. Real friends will not try to force you into something your not into.

Blessed days,
Silence

Academically, no, not really hard for me.
Socially, yes, very difficult. It wasn't until senior year that I found acceptance.

I guess everyone has his or her own strengths and weaknesses, and when you're a teenager, you're still a work in progress; not all of your strengths have come to fruition yet.

Yes it was. I was so shy and let people's views affect me. Have I ever learned from that!

A friend told me to always be myself. I listened and it changed my attitude and my wellbeing.
