I am 70 and have some problems with my health. I started taking Noni and Goji Juice Super super tonic. I an getting rid of toxins and the antioxidents in the juices are helping me in several ways.I feel better and my blood sugar is again normal my BP is 120/66 and my cholesterol is normal. I have quit all medicines. I wish I had paid more attention to preventing illness instead of trying to cure illness. My doctor has monotored this change.

Started weight watchers about a month or so ago. I already lost 12 lbs. I take vitamins now. And i exercise at least 3 times a week, 1 hour workouts! I was 138 im now 126.

I decided to become a non-smoker 2 1/2 weeks ago.

Instead of telling myself, "I'm a smoker who's trying to quit," I simply reminded myself that I QUIT! I AM NOW A NON-SMOKER!

If a craving popped into my head, I would simply remind myself, "Interesting thought but I can't act on that - I don't smoke!"

If you say you're a "smoker trying to quit," or if you say that you're an "alcoholic who is powerless over his disease," then it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Think positive, and just act on those positive changes! Visualize the person you want to be, then just be it!

I stopped eating out and no more potatos! sounds weird but its working great! I losts some weight in the past 2 weeks b/c of this!
