Masturbation is not wrong in and of itself. It is dangerous for an unmarried person because it inflames passions that can only be satisfied in a marriage relationship. Secondly it tends to be done with another person in mind and if that person is married to someone else then you are taking the first step towards adultery. And lastly, if you dwell too much on any one passion you will warp your personality by allowing passions, feelings, and desires control over your personality. This leads you to become self-centered, selfish, and less open to the needs and cares of those around you. If practiced and followed for a lifetime you will become someone that no one wants to be around because it will all be about you.

So be careful with things like masturbation, sexual activity, and sex. It is meant for married folks and they should stay married to each other for life.

Okay to answer your question let us break down what my 'Religion' says in this area. The bible says that to look upon another in lust is a sin. To masturbate, it helps to picture a person that one has a fondness for in some sort of sexually explicit manner. So since the lust of ones heart is essential for successful masturbation, masturbation is wrong.

Relogion is interpretation of the Bible. I doubt it is mentioned but some preacher with a sick mind will find something wrong with it. I wouldn't worry about it. Masterbation is a normal healthy outlet when a partner is not available. Don't masterbate and you will have prostate problems and real problems.

No, my belief does teach that generally affecting others in a sex way is the sexual issue. Not about you and your self discovery.

who cares what the religion has to say when it always concur with the majority? so far nobody gets sick from doing it but if one day you found out you can contract AIDS while playing yourself, then it's definitely WRONG.

masterbation is an essential part of life, and any religion that condemns it, just fits right in to what is wrong with religion.
