Wow, that really sucks that you want to do this but I would say talk to the same people you talked to when you got the marriage license or call a lawyer and ask them a question to see if they can assist you. It wouldn't hurt to go to yahoo and do a search for annul marriage.

I would say that if you're already considering an annulment after 3 weeks, that unless there is some sort of an affair going on, I'd get counseling before pursuing an annulment. All marriages have rough times, and you should try working things out before permanently ending it. Just my personal opinion.

Contact a lawyer or you might call your local municipal building/hall of records and talk to them to see if you can do it yourself, without a lawyer.
