Best thing I ever did 100% silicon baby and wow what a body difference and they fall very natural and feel very natural. I was an A now I am a 36 Full C not overdone. At 5'9 and 127lbs I never quite filled my clothes correctly now Babam! Love Em" and I would do it again if I had to do it over, no regrets at all. Remember any one saying bad thing to do, usually have boobs!!!!

You did not specify whether you wished an augmentation or reduction. I personally believe that augmentation is a bad idea, especially because it introduces foreign objects into your body. Breast reductions however, are a totally different matter. They are done for health reasons most of the time. Being an over endowed person, I want the reduction. I believe that this is a issue some women base their 'femininity' on, and they want what they don't have.

The bottom line for me is that I believe you should leave your body the way it is, unless there is a specific medical reason for any surgery.

It depends on your reason for wanting a boob job. If someone prefers you to bigger breasts...screw them. If you are doing it soley for yourself...I say do it. Everyone is so caught up with beauty and weight now. It is so important to love yourself for who you are. If you have to tuck you boobs into your pants each morning...that would be good reason for a little lift. If it's just for an evening out...use duct tape. That's what the models use to get the perky look.

Boobs are over-rated in the first place...if you are really flat, then it could probably justify the reasons for a boob job..but if you have humps there no matter wat the size,you should be proud of them..natural boobs turn on any man...you just gotta know the tactics to use them gal!

I think it depends on the purpose, the reason/motivation, and the medical history.

Women who are recovering from breastcancer find this to be very therapeutic in their healing process.

Other women are just obsessed with their looks and compulsively use plastic surgery and other methods to constantly alter themselves. This is not healthy.

Some women need breast reductions to decrease the strain on their back.

Boob jobs have both pros and cons and should be carefully considered to avoid wasting money and endangering the woman's life.
