How do I get fortified walls on Age of Empires 3?

Ive seen some pictures of AOE3 where the walls were thick and made of stone. How do I get that, or is it only in AOE2

well you can upgrade the walls at the church, and theres a card that boasts building HP by 40% , but as far as i know there is no upgrading like in AOM. Mabey you sa'll the walls that are used in the campiagn ? I think there called "Fort Walls" But you cant build them...
