As in "peachy keen"?
Some "peachy" synonyms: great, good, neat, cool, groovy, far out
Example, in addition to the adverb at top: "That's peachy."
Might be used sarcastically: "Well, isn't that's peachy...?"
"Peachy" is rather an old adjective - even older than "groovy" and "far out."

It means just fine or it can be used a little sarcastically.
like I have heard people say it who look stressed out. When asked how they are doing--they say ooh, just peachy and smile or give you that sinister look, like I am not going to complain, yet you understand what they mean.
To be sincere --Say I am peachy to day or feeling peachy or the day has been peachy..

peachy can be a smell or a taste. it could also mean great or good, but i don't recommend using it that way :-)

You have to be old enough to remember things being "Peachy" or "Neat-o" or "Keen". It's harmless slang to describe anything that tickles your fancy.

"Peachy" was a slang word meaning "good".
You can't used it anymore; it's obsolete.
