I think. I think, and I meditate. Clearing the mind is usually what keeps me sane, since I'm stressed so often; usually, it helps me to distinguish the stuff that I actually need to worry about from the stuff I don't.

When I am stressed, I read. Reading for me gets me away from my problems and into someone else's life.

Well What I do is take a HOT bubble bath and relax with my fav foods and dessert and watch a fav old movie

I usually throw a fit then I feel better.Honest! Then call my friend and ***** about it for awhile and then start over the next day !
