Do shoulder shrugs and row and pulls for the shoulders. For the arms, doing preacher curls is the best way to get the best concentrated workout for biceps. For the triceps there are a number of exercises. Find an instructor or a trainer to find out more about the tricep exercises, they are more easily shown than explained in words.
Here's another tip, the more bench pressing that you do, the better your triceps will look because the triceps provide the majority of the push when you are pushing up the weight. Every time that you do bench press for chest, you are also working out your triceps to an extent.

I got good ideas for you;
1. Go to the gym and consult with an expert to make a special exercise program for you.
2. Practice to hug your gf like 100 times :)
3. Do an aerobic exercise, just follow me! ( I'm expert on that!)
4. Broaden the world, working out and learning many things.
Attention: More is not always better.

For good forearms, tie a string to a wooden rod (cut off broom stick), put a 10 lbs weight on the other end of the string... roll the weight up, roll the weight down... builds great forearms...and hand strength... Tiger Woods, Derek Jeter, Chipper Jones endorse this exercise...

You need to do weightlifting. Pushups help your triceps. Do simple reps with a bellbars and other things to help build your biceps. In order to broaden your shoulders, you just have to keep at the pushups and weightlifting and eventually they will broaden a little bit. But ultimately you can't really change your bone structure.
