Voting "errors" in Ohio and Diebold machines. Kern County California voters were turned away by the hundreds thanks to these new machines.

Since G.Gordon Liddy and his bunch, the RNC has been trying to find a way to de-rail the American voters right to be heard. This mockery of our country has been in the works ever since the American Oil Cartel set up Mr. Nixon.

I honestly don't think the Dems wanted to get stuck with another Viet Nam. Remember it was Eisenhower who first committed troops to Viet Nam, then the facts were scrambled and Kennedy and Johnson (the other lying Texas president) got stuck with the blame.

Funny thing isn't it, three Texas presidents and all three of them sent our young men to their death.... maybe we should look into giving Texas back to Mexico.

One thing we all have to keep in mind is that it is only now that the people of the United States are starting to complain about the iraq war. This is probably because it is only now that all the Americans are starting to realize that: it is getting worse. It is only now that Bush is sending more troops to Iraq, and is keeping more soldiers there too. I learned that, most of the Bush supporters were in the center states. The coastal areas were predominantly democrats. This is probable because the coastal areas had bigger international communities, being at the most outward parts of the border, and having the most popular cities internationally. And remember, this war was not sanctioned by the United Nations. And therefore, the U.N, being the voice of the rest of the world, did NOT want the war. And therefore these international communities, and the Americans more available to these international opinions responded to the opinions of the rest of the world voted for "NO WAR" which I think, is another way of saying Democrat. These were the people who were open to the opinion of people from the other countries, and the other countries, all united by the U.N did not sanction the War because they had a reason, there was not enough proof of nuclear weapons in Iraq, among others. I think the people of the central states who had a significantly lesser amount of international influence, had other main things in mind, more national than international, like 9/11. They most probably shared the opinion that the war should push on, decreasing the risk of another national catastrophy caused by extremism. And they though the war should push on and wrap up, feeling that it would make the U.S a safer, more peaceful place. But now, in 2006, rather than wrapping up, they send more soldiers to Iraq and prevent more from going home. Because of the civil unrest and extremism present in Iraq. And now the people in the central states, who have many relatives who are soldiers and are realizing that the Iraq issue is far from over are realizing that this war has done more harm then good. Extremism is still present in the world, terror has not significantly decreased. Now the citizens of the central states are starting to dislike Bush associating him with the war, a war that is no longer backed by a significant number of American citizens. And that is why it seems life most people dislike bush now.

because NOT ALL people hate George Bush.
i came from another country, so i don't really take sides politically... but if you think George Bush is a bad president, there are worse presidents out there, and the worst! think of the countries where people starve -- do you think it is their choice to starve to death? it's because their country is run by corrupt government officials, which is sad.
George Bush may not be the best president -- but he is a lot better than others, believe me.
i know a lot of people are upset about the whole war thing and that many soldiers have died. but these soldiers, they ARE heroes -- when they signed up to be soldiers, they KNOW that there are going to be risks in that profession, but they still chose to protect their own country -- which i think is very noble of them, but it is somewhat unfair to blame the president for choices that people made.
try living in a country where the president took all the people's money, transferred it to another country under a different name, and left the people unemployed and hungry -- i did.

Because people were afraid that if George Bush wasn't put in office for a second term, then the war's he started would fall apart and threaten the United State's bullyishness.

The people who don't like him are in the minority, but are in control of many forms of media, thus it seems like they are a majority. The president's low approval rating is only because he isn't conservative enough domestically, and is distancing his base though his immagration policy. Right now, revote Bush v. Kerry and Bush probobly wins again, despite the low approval rating. It is only because there is no alternative right now that people can say he isn't doing a good job. Put him up against Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, John Edwards, etc. and he would reenergize the base.

because the vast majority of people think he's a good president, and even if the war in Iraq shouldn't have started, they see the positive effects of it. people need to realize that Iraq is now a democracy, and all of these people saying that Bush cheated are obviously pleading for democracy, let me point out, that no one can prove this, however, it's obviously a major part of the lives of Americans... so all of the people who say that he shouldn't have started that war, and also that he cheated in the election, have no right to complain about his 2nd term in office

He was reelected because Bush got out his base, the Evangelical Christians and neo-conservatives. He pandered to them by promising the moon. Two-years later and Bush is not delivering on his promises. So now we have them, plus all of the moderates and liberals hating George Bush for profoundly different reasons.

Well for starters, it doesn't help that there are more red states than blue states (last I checked). Second, I think that too many young people aren't going out to the poles because they still think their vote doesn't count. Third, a lot of those young voters are military stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan. Yeah there's absentee ballots but I'm sure it's a pain to try to vote that way, especially when you're in another country.

wasn't there a tied vote somewhere in that election and something to do with his brothers electorate? Didn't it have to go to a court for the final decision. He may hold office but I don't think it was a huge victory. Maybe I shouldn't comment I'm an Aussie kid but his presidency and decisions effect more countries than the US and not always fairly either.

I'm a staunch democrat and I too think that George Dubya is worthless, but I think that even though he may be worthless, John Kerry was spineless, but I still voted for Kerry.
