A lot of time what causes razor burn is a dull blade. Maybe you should change your blade more ofter. However, if your skin is that sensitive why not use a hair removal cream. Lasts days longer then shaving and no more burns or nicks!

I use to get razor burn because i didn't let the water soak into my legs for a few minutes when i first got into the shower. After five minutes i would lather them up, shave with a good razor going in the down direction first then up and try not to shave in a hurry. Once i got out of the shower I would wait a half an hour or so and use Eucrin lotion. It is hypoallergenic and fragrance free. I think not having fragrance in the lotion helped prevent razor burn too.
