You gotta use a knife and carve out a passage like a pipe shape in the apple. Line the bowl with tin foil and poke some holes in it. Then put in your "tobacco" and smoke up.

That's the first of heard of this one! Maybe if you just cut the top off, carefully scoop out the core, then bore a hole from the outside of the apple to the hollowed out part. Put your "tobacco" into the hollowed out part, light it and inhale through the bored out place. I don't know, but it sounds like it might work.
But why in the world would you want to do that???

You cut out the core with the apple whole and then put the "tobacco" in one end and suck the smoke out of the other! Ta-Da!

get an apple then you bore out through half of it then you turn it about a quater of a turn and bore into the other hole and the you make a bowl out of sumthing then load it and there it iz.
