Dean should be overjoyed. Having Rove actively involved in with the administration has resulted in all the lousy decisions that have taken Bush's numbers into the dumpster. Remember that great photo of an impotent Bush flying over New Orleans and looking sad and helpless? Rove's idea. Welcome back to the (losing) team, Karl!
