I'd avoid the colleague and concentrate on your marriage. You didn't marry your spouse for no reason. Go revisit your courtship and find again the thing that made you love them. Sure things have changed but the spark that started your love is still there. Go fan the flame. If you have kids that doubles, triples, etc. your need to stay focused on your marriage. The damage you could do is immeasurable (to you and your spouse and family).

Ummmm, I would do the responsible thing, Pink Ruby, and concentrate on romancing my spouse. I don't mind looking at the menu, but no sampling.

I think you need to start praying that you won't be tempted to do something that will send you to hell. As pp said, concentrate on the person that you promised to love "until death do you part"!
