Six Flags Great Adventure is the best Six Flags park that I've been to. They have the world's tallest and fastest (and my favorite) coaster Kingda Ka, along with NITRO and Medusa which are both great coasters.
Six Flags Over Georgia is another awesome Six Flags park that I've been to. Goliath, and Superman: ULTIMATE Flight as well as The Georgia Scorcher are awesome coasters.
I have not been to Six Flags Magic Mountain but it looks awesome.

Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia.
There's too many good coasters to name a best but I would definately suggest riding X, Scream & Goliath They're all awesome.
Six Flags over Ga is great too (I live in Atl so that's a close park for me) their new Goliath ride is awesome!

Never been there, but I heard that Atlanta and Chicago have a Superman ride where you are actually kind of "flying"
