Of course! How much it's worth depends on how much history you have to tie it down, like who owned it, etc. Details matter. Also, its condition matters. If you're determined to sell it regardless, you will get market price on ebay. Probably....it's not worth lots. But who knows, with the right bidder(s) you might have a small treasure.

If it's in good condition, it probably is worth something. Check out eBay. If there's nothing similar, and you want to sell it, list it with a long time limit and a fairly high reserve; I'd give it a month, and a $100 minimum. If you don't want to sell it, give us the details of title, author and publisher in another question, and perhaps a book collector or math professor will tell you what it's worth.

Take it to either a historian or an antique shop and find out. Appraisals over the net, especially without seeing the product, is impossible. Plus, taking it to a place in person will get you a much better deal. I'm sure it's worth something.

I recently sold a group of old english books from the late 1800's on ebay, and what did I get... 350 dollars! Plus they were all worn. Go ahead and see what you get...GOOD LUCK

If its in really good condition, probably. It depends on how many of them are left out there circulating.
