Yes, it does!!! Especially warm milk. I have bad swelling on my forehead and acne. That`s the way the pioneers did it and that`s the way I do it. Buy a facial at Wall-Mart to get you in the spa type of mood and some cucumber with some baby oil for your feet. I do it all the time at least once a month and it works after a long, hard day!! Good luck!! :-)

Do you mean drinking milk? I was actually told yesterday by a health care person that dairy can make a lot of people have worse break outs. If you're at all intolerant to dairy (you may not even know it) then your system is trying to get rid of the toxins and this often happens through break outs as the toxins come out through your skin. Easy test - go off of all dairy for a week or two and see what happens.

If your face breaks out, because you lack protein, in your diet, milk might actually, help to clear up your skin. Milk is high in protein. If your complexion is not clear, and you are getting adequate protein, in your diet, milk probably won't help, in clearing up your complexion. Stress, is a big factor, if you want a great complexion, try to be calm, and get lots of rest. These things can play a big factor, if you want great skin.

Researchers are saying that milk may have a hormone in it that actually causes acne. Drinking water will most definitely help in clearing up your face, not milk.

It helps for eye infections. I had a cold in my eye and went to the doctor - he gave me a prescription eye drop which didn't help. Then my boyfriends mom told me to put milk in my eye overnight - the next morning, my eye was normal...doesn't hurt to try it on your complexion.
My friend uses Proactive solution and it has really helped her!
