my nicec used liquid concintrate we made one can at a time and filled bottles with it as needed rather than make a large batch
just make sure you mix it correctly it can be harmful to the baby if you add too much or too little water!!

Take a bottle of Formula with you to the Day Care so they can make a FRESH bottle each time.
You should be able to buy a plastice lid that will fit the formula can after it's been open.
At home when baby is taking a nap, make up only what you think you'll need.

Yes. That's what I would do, make about 6-8 bottles per day (the night before) and put them in a cooler bag with an ice pack for daycare if no fridge is available.

That is what I did.
Many day care providers know how to prepare the formula so if you are running out of time in the morning like most new mothers and fathers they are there to help you. Also, the directions are on the side of the container of formula.

When my boys were babies I made a day's worth of bottles ahead of time because it only took a few minutes extra and left me without the worry of having a crying baby and no bottles made. For trips to the babysitter I invested in one of those softsided cooler bags and put the required amount of bottles for the time period.

Thats ok but I think they recommend you use all the formula within 48 hours of opening it. Look on the lable to be sure. Don't forget to sterilize everything including the nipples and rings. Of course the bottle too.

For my baby sis, we made enough for the day. If preparing for the next day, we filled the bottles with the powder, then added water.

I was told by the midwifes at the hospital to make them as fresh as possible but they can be left up to 24hrs in the fridge.
I make mine fresh now but if i go out i make up a few and take them with with in a bottle bag.

The only way this will work is if the daycare has a fridge and you label your babies bottles. formula only stays good in the fridge for 24 hours.
