We as humans will always fight over things, no matter how big or small. Our planet is a made up of various cultures, not just based on race, but regions as well. It's difficult for many of us, as humans, to see eye to eye on many issues.
If you're talking about wars like WWII, Vietnam, and the War on Terror, I believe it's possible to end wars of that caliber. When it comes to cultural wars, such as the turmoil in Israel, those are wars we may never be able to stop because not everyone shares the same faith, morals, and values.
We could attempt to unite, politically, but it would be almost impossible to do the same culturally and socially. However, If we as a single race (the Human Race) united, regardless of beliefs, ethnicity, and/or politics, that dream can be achieved.
The closest we've come so far is the U.N., Olympics and the World Cup, but it's a start in the right direction.

Its the theory of chaos, nothing to do with God fearing folks. basically it means that with the absence of evil there cannot be good along with other dichotomies, such as we would not understand Ecstasy without first knowing sorrow. This is thought to actually balance the world, Think of war as a way to control population overgrowth like a plague such as the bubonic plague. Like it or not this is the world in which we live. But, the real dichotomy is HOW is it decided that one was born into what they may not choose. I don't remember being asked if I wanted to be born into either side of any war. But then I would just merely exist making no difference at all.

I really don't thing war will end soon. The reason for me is because we are jealous of each other. We want to have more things that are friends. I imagine that the war will end, when here are no more humans in the earth

War has been waged since the beginning of time on earth because the battle between good and evil will exist until Satan is imprisoned during the millennium. All war is based on these two principals.

Of course it wont. Every country has it's own hunger for power. If there is something they want they will fight for it. War is what makes the world go round. I don't agree with alot of wars and their reasonings but it happens. If every country was at peace there would be no need for military. That will never happen.

War will stop when the devil is defeated-the saying the devil made me do it-really is true. You'd be amazed how many of our choices, actions, beliefs etc are influenced by the forces(spirits)of good and evil but ultimately we are still responsible for we make the choice which side we listen to. Did you think it was just science fiction-there are legions of the bad just waiting to grab your soul as well as good angels influencing,protecting----just think how happy Satan is when there's war.
