i've been thinking for sometime now about getting a tattoo on my ankle. Some people say it's the outline that hurts the most and not so much the color, but then some say it doesn't hurt at all , feels just like a small burning sensation. What's your opinion on this.?

If you tattoo on the bone, any bone, it hurts.

A lot.

Any bone that you get a tattoo over & that doesn't have a lot of padding on will hurt!! It's not where you get a tatoo that is important...it's the padding you have on that place. Any needle that hits bone will hurt but to different degrees on different people. The one thing that you should keep in mind when planning a tattoo is if you really want it in an exposed area. Sure it looks nice when you're in your 20's but when your 40 years old and trying to be competitive in the work place a tattoo is just out of place...and unsightly. Think of all your future fashion chioces and the location of your tatoo because it may come back to haunt you.
From personal experience I found that a tatoo between my breasts was something that I could choose to let others get a good view of or cover up without too much trouble. Since I was in the military back when I got it and now I'm an English teacher it has made a lot of difference. I am still thinking of getting another tatoo but I'm giving myself my privacy and control over what others see of the 'real me'.

I could love to begin out by means of pronouncing that (regardless of standard notion), getting a tattoo on a "bony" aspect of your frame does NOT imply it is going to harm greater than getting one on a "fatty" aspect of your frame. I have tattoos on my ribcage, and sure, they have been VERY painful. I have a few on both part of my cut back again, wherein there has a tendency to be extra fatty tissue, and it used to be such an frustrating affliction whilst I used to be having the ones performed, it used to be all I might do to maintain from leaping proper out of the chair! Now. I have tattoos at the backs of my ankles, and I have tattoos round either one of my nipples. The tattoos at the backs of my ankles don't seem to be on a "bony" aspect of my leg, and so they have been very painful. The ones on my breasts infrequently harm in any respect. But, my breasts don't seem to be very touchy... plus I had rather an viewers, and we have been all giggling commonly besides. But please, some thing you do, do not make a decision wherein you're going to get a tattoo headquartered on what spot will harm the least. If you uncover a tattoo you fairly desire, make a decision WHERE you desire to place it, regardless of how a lot any one else says it is going to harm, and do just it. You would possibly not die from the affliction, and as soon as it is over you can be completely happy you could have it wherein you desire it. After all, they are not cleanable. :)

I badly sprained my ankle about 3 weeks ago. I was in a hurry going down the stairs, lost my balance and landed on a bad side of my left foot, causing my left ankle to be stretched going on the inside. The first 48 hours were excruciating and the pain was un-believable. I've never had a serious ankle injury before.

So I immediately treated it using the RICE method. The following day, the bruising and swelling were so horrible. I found out that I got a second degree sprain and immediately panicked after that. I had a football game on that week and it been looking forward to it because I've been training for rt. I had teammates that had similar injuries and it took them months to fully recover, some of them stopped playing altogether. So I kinda had a short-term depression because I can't imagine myself not being able to run and play sports anymore.

Because I was so desperate to recover again, I contacted a lot of people that I know who do sports and asked them if they had similar injuries. One friend of mine, from the boy's football team in my university, told me about H.E.M. Ankle Rehab. I got a copy 4 days after I got injured. I immediately read and followed what was instructed and felt improvement on the first day. I was able to walk a bit, but I was in pain.

A couple of days after that, the swelling and bruising were subsid-ing significantly and on the fourth day, I was walking comfortably again. Although I've had felt a bit of stiffness, I continued doing what was instructed. My sister was surprised that I have recovered this fast. I told her about this book and was shocked on how effective the procedures were. I'm just so happy that this book was shared to me and how effective it is.

Heal your ankle fully & fast?

Yes it hurts but not to bad. For me the shin side and the back side of my ankle hurt more than the other areas but compared to where some of my others are it didn't feel much more than a sting and an irritation.

It depends on your tolerance of pain. I have a tat on my ankle, and it did hurt alittle. Mostly when she was outlining it, but once they started filling in the color, it wasn't a big deal. Tatoos tend to be the most painful when it's close to bone, as opposed be being done on more fleshy areas of the body.

I would not get a tattoo that shows. This will impact your future job status in the big, grown up world. If you plan on having a job with any kind of status and professionalism............Don't do it!!! People may think they are "cute" and don't matter.......but it does. Equal people with equal qualifications.........the non-tattoo will get it. Trust me!!! I got my tattoo of a great white shark.........on my abdomen and no one is the wiser. I have the control to show it to who I choose......and have had a million laughs and a great time!!!!

I don't think tattoos hurt at all. My best friend, who is pain intolerant, got a tattoo on her foot. I think it hurt me more because she was holding my hand the entire time. Man does she have a grip. I've got four and I loved every moment of getting them. They are on my chest, my upper arm, base of my neck, and my lower back.

My mom has one on her ankle and she said that it hurts, exspecialy when they did the outline and it went down on the bone ,but when they colored it in it went numb!she recomends to get it done on the meaty part of the body, like arm (bi-cept)etc.

Well, seeing as there's tons of needles going into your skin to permanently attach color that's not gonna be there, yes, it's gonna hurt! All tattoos hurt!!!!!
