I am watching a film called "Half Past Dead" and the rapper Ja Rule is suppose to be fighting with Nia Peeples and he looks chinese. I knew he had a double, but I actually saw the double's face. That is the first time i have seen this type of error. How about you?

Seen it alot. In some cases, like in comedys such as Leslie Nielsen films, it's deliberate , but usuall it's just an oversight by the editing department. Fun to look for and funny when found
www.imdb.com is a good website to find these things. if you go to gamebase on the website there is a category called popular movie goofs. funny!!

In the movie Twister a tricycle and metal rod hit the windshield and in the next scene the windshield is fine.
Top Gun has the most mistakes in it. #1 you are strapped in too tight to turn around in a jet. #2 you never walk on a flight line without head cover. #3 The patch on their coveralls is VFA-25 stationed in Lemoore Calif, they fly f-18's not the crap they were flying in the movie.

In the stupid movie Hot Chick with Rob Schneider, he is pumping the girls gas and in one scene her window is up, then down, then up then down.
Did you ever see the special on VH1 or MTV about movie errors? The one I remember from that is Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. She is eating a waffle, then a pancake, then a waffle.

They are usually referred to as "plot holes" like in War of the Worlds, all the electricity in the city is supposed to be down, batteries, plugs everything. yet tom cruise gets away in a car and a video camera records it all. and in In the movie "Saved" featuring Mandy Moore, one part where the Jewish girl fakes becoming a Christian, her Jewish necklace charm dances around her neck, it looks like she moved it, then it was back, then it looked like she moved it again.

This is very common in the movie industry. It may just be the first time you have noticed it. They are referred to as continuity errors. Watch the next movie you see very carefully.

In XMEN 3: the professor is supossed to be talking to Beast, Hank Macoy and he calls him HENRY twice!!!

There are loads of them in "Gladiator". Supposedly one can see a gas can on a chariot.
