My mom is so paranoid that she believes vegetables are ridden with bugs, germs and dirt, so she has never bought any for our household. Her paranoia must be wearing off on me, because I am convinced she does not want my frail, fourteen year old body to appropriately develop as normally as any other child my age. Perhaps she has letting-go issues, but I cannot innocently sit by while she deliberately tries to cause me to experience the ill effects of malnourishment. Despite her intense efforts to stunt my growth, I have, in fact, been indulging in vegetables. For the past week, I've taken the toothpicks that she bought for clearing the crevices between our teeth of fatty porkchop bits and used them in order to dig out the kernals of corn embedded in my own feces in an act of rebellion. They are, surprisingly, delicious. I wish I could do more, but since I am a mere fourteen years of age I cannot get a job to provide sustenance for myself.

Hmmm...aren't you the clever one...using another's question you recently answered in your own referring to the 'corn in the poop'. Is it your intention just to gross us out I wonder, or do you have real problems that need real help? If so, I wish you the best of luck because this is sick.
PS...yes, people are sadly gullible, as you have proved...reference your answer to how you 'sweat your *ss off by throwing on a couple of sweaters' to the person who asked about cardio workout and it is obvious you are not being real here.
PEOPLE take note...this crap is fake!

Any opportunities to get a person for counselling like psychiatrist and I think it might help you.
In my experience, My mother also told me about vegetables need to cook and it's better way to eat rather than raw, fresh vegetables. Because she was also afraid of the chemical spray on the vegetables that kill germs or insect's egg like worm kinda. But then she has been taught and received several knowledge (luckily not that paranoid) from our relatives. So at lease she knows how to cope it.
We usually wash the vegetables on the water with a little mix of kitchen salt in one minute. Why Kitchen Salt? Salt can kill and vanish germs and bacteria also washing out the left over chemical sprayed. Like if you pour salt to Snake, it will run away. if you pour salt directly to snail, the snail will get melted. Try find a snail and pour it. You will see how powerful the salt is.
If you got an injured skin, imagine how painful if you put salt .
But it can cure the injured skin impact.
Well that can help a bit. Hope it can solve your mother's problem.

You must be getting a lot less than you mentioned if you say you're malnourished.
Sure, people need vegetables, but you don't get malnourished by not eating veggies. That's ridiculous.
And digging out the corn kernels from your feces is disgusting, and you'll get sick from it eventually.
No offense but I think your story is a lie to get attention. It's not plausible enough or well enough written to be true. If you're gonna lie at least make it a good one.

Well.........
No matter what the indiferences are......SHE is your mom and you cannot change by anyway this relationship. She can have her own thesis and opinions and you can have yours. I can't see why to "hate " her. There is an old saying. "You can choose your friends but with relatives you have to go along.
You can have many other relatives....and you may discover that you may have two or three fathers...... BUT ONLY ONE MOTHER.
Try to compromise with this idea and create your "own space"or if you are still young and have to live together.....until you grow your own "wings"...my advise......is....."STEP BACK" and try to handle your emotions.
I know it is very dificult ....but actually we don't celebrate "mother's day" only once a year.

If you had of chewed that corn better the first time. Maybe you wouldn't be so malnourished. Don't cut off your nose. To spite your own face.

mention e-coli to her... see if she stops buying meat...and tell her there are organic vegetables that you can wash the dirt off of, and tell her that germs are everywhere and that bed bugs exist... that will drive her crazy... as for you needing to eat... try to buy your own food... allowance? mow lawns, then rake leaves, then shovel snow, in your neighborhood? something... trust me... there is always a job!

Don't hate your mom because she's a phobic. There is help out there for people like her. I would ask her to get help because it's not just affecting her life but yours and if you have any siblings it's affecting them too. Love her for who she is. I'm 23 and my mom has her faults too and she gets on my nerves, but I don't hate her for it. I love her because she is my mom.
