Al Norte Del Sur was a 1988 album by Franco De Vita released on the Sony label. The CD produced four hit singles: "Louis," "Te Amo," "Promesas" and "Esta Vez." All four singles reached the Top 10 on the Billboard Latin music charts in the United States.

That could seriously be anyone. "Te amo" is such a common phrase. It means "i love you", so just imagine how many songs there could be with that name.
