Take a Cup of Water and place Two Almonds in it at night
And eat them before breakfast in the morning before going to school or College or to Office.........These are great for all ages

Well, you can take a few almonds (2-3) and keep them in a container filled with drinking water and place a lid upon it (do this at night before bed). In the morning before leaving. Take the almonds and eat them (only almonds). Continue this, it will help a lot.

Fresh fruits like banana, apple, orange or glass of
Fresh juice undiluted and without sugar.
Bowl of Oats porridge, cereals with milk.(skimmed)
Try to avoid coffee, tea if possible, these are artificial

If you are looking to increase your memory, it is a good idea to eat concord or red grapes, spinach, as always green vegetables but be aware of some of the vegetables because few green vegetables does not have any potenial, various fruits, cellery.

Be good to everyone around you. It's a magical state of being and nothing works better for the brain as well as the body. It is easier than being on any special diet but takes practice to master it. One way to master it is practicing meditation and yoga regularly.

1 snickers, 1 Adrenalin stack drink or sugar free red bull in the morning, pasta at night, fish once or twice a week meat everyday (with the exception of the day(s) that you are eating fish) be it chicken, steak, veal, venison, just alternate & don't eat the same thing twice in a row for protein... and always take your vitamins

Eating vegetables and milk products are better for the brain. Preferable vegetables which are not hard when cooked.
