You can get Virtual Console games for $4 to $10. Virtual Console games are retro games from nintendos older systems. If it is one dollar it is the black market because the revolution is not near coming out for at least 4 months and they have games on pre-order at best buy and they are around $50. Your friend is either lying or he really found something at that price. If it is really get your friend out of that stuff as quick as posible he is deep in illegal activity they can send him to prison for 5 years for purchasing illegal goods that is bad.

Apparently, you can download Nintendo titles from previous systems onto the Revolution, but I haven't heard anything about the price for downloads, or to whether there is a service you subscribe to have the priviledge to download games.
I can't see brand new games being priced that cheap...Not very cost effective.

Yes you can but they would be pirated copies. In China the average price for a DVD is about 6 rmb-10 rmb and games are just a little more. Usually though they are not in English and their quality is grainy IF you can actually play them. It takes 8rmb to make one dollar.
