the gamecube powers up, but I don't think it is spinning or reading the disk because I put a game in there and it told me to insert a disk.

the disk is brand new and the lens move, but the disk is not turning. is there a motor to turn it?

I think the disk spindle isn't working (the part that spins and that the disk clicks onto) or it could also be the laser, can anyone help me get this part?

The lens is probably messed up. I don't know, but I had this problem for Dreamcast.

check if u put it in the clear side or check if ur disc have dirt, fingerprints, or scratches

ask the company call them before u break ur game cube..
